The CIRPLACAR project participated in the 10th Czech-Italian-Spanish Conference (CIS-10) on Molecular Sieves and Catalysis (Liblice Castle, June 9–12, 2025), presenting the work titled:
“Dehalogenation of WEEE plastics via low-pressure hydropyrolysis over Pd-supported catalysts” as oral presentation.
This study focused on the catalytic treatment of halogenated plastic waste, exploring the effectiveness of Pd-supported catalysts in removing halogens and converting the material into valuable products. The research supported sustainable strategies for recycling complex plastic streams, advancing circular economy approaches for challenging polymeric materials.
